wim Ireland recently launched its innovative Pop-up pool project which aims to locate a pool in areas of Ireland where there is no access to a swimming pool. We have two Pop-Up Pools which are currently located at Tubbercurry and Ardee. The Pop-Up Pools are available for Schools, Community Groups, learn to swim and members of the public.

We are seeking to appoint freelance Level 2 Swimming Teachers and Qualified Pool Lifeguards, for part time or full-time hours, for the pools in the location/s listed below.

The Pop-Up Pools open from 7.30am – 10pm Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 5pm Saturday and 10am – 5pm Sunday. We can offer full time or part time hours.

Contract Type: Self-employed Contract

Vetting: Swim Ireland vetting will apply

Safeguarding: Successful candidates will be required to hold a valid Swim Ireland recognised

Safeguarding certificate – successful candidates will be given the opportunity to complete a

Safeguarding course if required (free of charge)

Rate of Payment: Successful candidates will be paid an hourly rate in the region of €20-25/hour dependent on experience.
