Womens Tag Rugby is taking place in two areas, Ashbourne & Kells. Come and join this fun activity and see how easy and fun it is to keep fit. Suitable for women of all ages (18+) and fitness levels from beginners to improvers. The programme is relaxed, fun and non-competitive and a great way to gain fitness in a supportive environment.  The programme is free of charge and will start in January 2025 in two areas:

• North Meath Rugby Club – Kells  – Starting Tuesday 28th January @ 7.30pm
• Ashbourne Rugby Club – Ashbourne – Starting Monday 10th March @ 6.30pm
