Social Coffee Cycle for Adults 18+
This Social cycle on the greenway is led by a fully qualified Bike Ride Leader and is suitable for adults 18+ looking to build confidence on their bikes.
The 4 week programme is very social and includes a coffee stop each week as well as covering how to safely check over your bike, increase your confidence cycling and cycling with others, how to change gears smoothly and efficiently, building confidence on the greenway.
The cycle will progress slowly each week, examples include: Kilmainhamwood & back, Carrickleck & back, Castletown & back, Wilkinstown & back.
Participants must have their own bike in a roadworthy condition, have a proper fitting helmet and be able to cycle to take part
Cost €20 (including a coffee voucher on Week 4)
Starts Wednesday 17th July @ 08:45am – meeting at Church Car Park, Nobber Main St.
